The primary purpose of this position is to provide coordination and support to key processes within the US Marketing team and serves as the primary marketing support for the Secure Start Services team. This position will use strong service orientation and multitasking skills to lead and support many different projects and deliver on time and within budget. Hollister Incorporated is operating in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of trade show schedule and coordination of booth and relevant supplies and materials (Clinician & End User) 
  • Recommend trade show booth design and manage development with external vendors, as required; example lead point with Derse. 
  • Lead management and maintenance of virtual booths for both Ostomy and Continence Care 
  • Lead advertising and promotional committee (VEEVA) coordination activities 
  • Lead the literature management process to coordinate the distribution and warehousing inventory of materials; includes communication with external print vendors and conducting audits 
  • Develop and provide Support for marketing campaigns for Secure Start Services; coordinate input as needed across Continence Care and Ostomy product teams. 
  • Coordinate SKU management, marketing numbers, copyright materials, material master forms 
  • Development and coordination of content, approval processes, deployment of content, and measurement/reporting for the Secure Start Services eNewsletter 
  • Provide coordination of partnership w/ outside orgs & dev content as part of strategic plan – execute on partnership contract initiatives 
  • Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) owner to maintain up to date materials 
  • Manage literature and conference budget; provide guidance in end user overall budget planning 
  • Work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Finance, Sourcing, Corporate Communications and Distributor Partners. 
  • Other duties as needed or required

  • Physical demands required for domestic travel (approximately 10% of time)
  • Stress typical of that as a result of scheduled deadlines and commitments.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5

Education Requirements

  • BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing or communications

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing 
  • Comfort level and or experience with vendor management, 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously 
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools 
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
