Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Leader: Position would begin as part-time with potential to expand with the right person.

• Maintain marketing collateral such as resumes, project sheets, info packs and freshen these and the website as needed 
• Prepare RFP/RFQ response packs, 330s, 255s – graphics, formats, contact, etc. 
• Edit and review all material before release or submission 
• Prepare awards submissions, brochures, web presentations 
• Later on, after we get to know each other, I can see you spearheading new marketing campaigns in coordination with firm leaders – develop some ideas with us and let’s make them happen!

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Graphic Design, or English (if supported by other graphics experience) 
• At least 3-5 years marketing experience at an Architecture firm or in a related field but more experience is always good. 
• Experience responding to RFPs, especially 255 and 330 forms 
• Strong layout skills, writing skills, media savvy 
• Experience with the Adobe and Microsoft products 
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•  Strong interest in architecture and design
