Kalmbach’s subscription marketing team is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented person with marketing knowledge to assist in the day-to-day operations of our collaborative and engaging marketing department. This rewarding job assists in the development, implementation, and analysis of various direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives to achieve Kalmbach’s subscription revenue goals. A Coordinator must have solid communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of internal customers across departments as well as external vendors.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating print and digital marketing initiatives from beginning to end.
  • Assemble and maintain promotion schedules, project timelines, inventory reports, and instructions for list selections, printing, and mailing of campaigns. 
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns including setup of offers, tracking codes and vendor instructions. 
  • Manage creative workflow review print and digital design and copy to ensure information, grammar, and spelling accuracy. 
  • Review and update digital design and copy on coded web pages to ensure accuracy and proper functionality on the web. 
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of promotional campaigns and overall sales statistics and trends.

Education & Experience:

  • BS degree in Marketing or related field. 
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, including internships. 
  • Strong organization, planning, and implementation skills. 
  • Process-oriented, deadline-driven, and a strong aptitude for accuracy. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently as required. 
  • PC proficient, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong familiarity with spreadsheets (i.e. formulas, tables, macros, etc.)
