We help packaging machinery companies build their brands and generate leads. Their machines package a lot of the products you see at the grocery store and have in your refrigerator. Think about potato chips, cereal, frozen pizza, candy at the movie theater...our customers’ machines package all of those, and way more!

We’re a marketing agency that solely focuses on the packaging industry. One of our founders grew up in this industry starting as a summer job in high school sweeping floors, testing products and performing data entry. We're a small knit group that works hard to support each other and our clients. We laugh (sometimes at each other) and don’t take ourselves too seriously. Sometimes things might be a little slow, sometimes things are a little hectic, but we figure it all out, together, and for our clients.

The entire team gets a sense of pride when our customers smile from seeing their ad in a magazine, quote in an article or bright lights on their machine at a trade show. There’s no greater feeling than when a client tells us we played a part in their business having a record year (some actually have them EVERY year). It makes us come back the next day, wanting to work that much harder for them and for each other.

Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Southeast Wisconsin
Hartland, WI

You will provide ongoing support and execution for assigned client projects, working closely with account managers. Projects range from assisting with media plansto content projects, social media, public relations and trade show activities. You will be expected to have knowledge of marketing best practices, learn aboutpackaging industry trends and have general knowledge of our client’s products and services.

The following are general activities you will be responsible for on a daily basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with day-to-day client activities from ads to social media, content development and more 
  • Assist with project workflows and coordinate with 3rd party vendors as needed 
  • Execute digital activities including social media, eblasts, blogs and perform basic web site updates 
  • Assist with paid media projects and activities 
  • Maintain client marketing budgets 
  • Maintain client management dashboards 
  • Maintain client files including photos, videos, ad and content assets, etc 
  • Assist with photo/video shoots including scheduling, video outlines, reviewing, etc 
  • Prepare various client reports with initial analysis 
  • Assist with competitive reviews 
  • Assist with trade shows and other client events as needed 
  • Attend client calls, meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail 
  • Willingness to learn and take pride in your work 
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong degree of self-direction and motivation 
  • Creative thinker with strategic mindset and ability to generate new ideas, troubleshoot issues and solve problems 
  • Desire for continuous improvement and learning 
  • HubSpot and Mailchimp experience is a plus, but will need to learn how to use 
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • Packaging or processing industry experience is a BONUS, but not required
