A Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and business development teams by producing high-quality, effective marketing materials and presentations. This individual must be well-organized, energetic, creative, and dedicated. He/she has outstanding written communication skills, comfortably works with a wide range of personalities, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, team resumes, and other marketing materials
  • Maintain and update project/customer relations management database
  • Conduct project/client research
  • Update portions of the corporate website and intranet
  • Support event planning and execution 
  • Other marketing-related duties as assigned
  • 5-8 years of experience in the preparation of proposals and presentations 
  • Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Communications, or English) preferred; will consider four or more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and CRM databases 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Previous experience working in the Architecture/Engineer/Construction (AEC) industry is a definite plus
