Norcon is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help promote our growing reputation in the industry and manage our marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond, prepare and manage the RFP/ RFQ process for all company proposals. 
  • Applicant should be creative, self-motivated, energetic, efficient and detail oriented. 
  • Assist in preparing materials for interviews and presentations including handouts and PowerPoint. 
  • Assist in determining the strategic theme for proposal responses and interview presentations. 
  • Issue press releases on company news and accomplishments. 
  • Create and produce promotional marketing materials for public relations purposes 
  • Photograph and compile project sheets for all completed projects. 
  • Manage company resumes, references, client surveys and marketing material. 
  • Manage company website and social media. 
  • Manage advertising and sponsorship opportunities within the industry 
  • Assist with client maintenance and business development as needed. 
  • Event coordination for company and client events 
  • Manage return of investment on marketing strategies and help define the company’s overall marketing plan.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro), PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 
  • Background or general interest in construction is preferred, but not required 
  • A/E/C experience is preferred, but not required
