POSITION PURPOSE:

Assist in the development and coordination of marketing support for OWI brands, products, events, trade shows, and customer base.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in coordination and the development of specific POS, displays, signage, apparel, promotions and other items as required to effectively activate OWI sponsored properties. 
  • Manage inventory of all marketing materials including POS, displays, brochures and catalogs. Reorder inventory as needed. 
  • Coordinate all trade show functions including display development, managing show activities and coordinating with show venues for the annual retail, commercial, and corporate trade show events. 
  • Assist and coordinate event promotions including ticket distribution, special events, logistics and help with on-site activation as needed. 
  • Work with graphics and OWI customer contacts in developing new promotional concepts, promotional display ideas, and managing product image database for product launch and promotions as needed. 
  • Coordinate and evaluate success of sales promotions and rebates by customer for specific brands/products. 
  • Enter all Marketing department purchase orders in SAP system and process all marketing invoices Perform other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or general business required. 
  • Must be very detail oriented, have excellent time management skills, and be able to multitask.
  • Good advanced PowerPoint, word processing and Excel skills required. 
  • Experience in an SAP environment a plus 
  • Must have demonstrated organization aptitude with an assertive and action orientated work ethic. 
  • Good proactive interpersonal, written, verbal communication and team skills. 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
