Monitor lead dispositions and proactively identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the conversion funnel.
Analytics and Reporting: Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement by interpreting data, and make recommendations for adjustments to enhance overall marketing performance. Monitor, measure, and report on your team’s effectiveness including monthly recaps. Analyze previous campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved.
Local Event Coordination: Plan and execute a variety of local events, including but not limited to home shows, community gatherings, and other promotional activities, drive lead generation. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, booth setup, and teardown, to ensure seamless execution. Recruit, train, and manage event staff to effectively represent the brand, engage with attendees, and capture leads. Analyze event data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement, providing post-event reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate event insights into broader marketing strategies.
Google Local Services Management: Oversee and manage the Google Local Services account. Actively engage in dispute resolution processes for any inaccurate or disputed charges related to the Google Local Services account. Monitor and analyze performance metrics within the Google Local Services platform, optimizing strategies to maximize visibility and capture local demand. Listen to recorded calls from the Google Local Services platform, providing insights and feedback to improve customer interactions and enhance lead quality.
Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance data. Act as the community manager for our social media profiles. Give the Overhead Solutions brand an authentic local voice. Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality and engaging social media content (photos, videos, copy) for social platforms to drive engagement and growth of brand channels.
Online Review Management: Craft thoughtful and timely responses to both positive and negative reviews, demonstrating a genuine and customer-centric approach. Utilize monitoring tools to track and analyze trends in reviews, identifying both positive and negative sentiments. Design and execute campaigns to encourage satisfied customers to share their positive experiences through reviews.
Community Involvement: Having awareness of the community and being connected with our target consumers, ultimately opening doors for events, sponsorship, and other community activities. Elevate local community relationships and build Overhead Solutions awareness and trust. Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to establish weekly priorities and areas of focus.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management. Work closely with finance teams to reconcile budgetary allocations and actual expenditures, providing timely and accurate advertising spend reports.
