The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing’s team daily marketing and communication requirements. This in addition building robust training and development tools to help the CMO develop a “best in class capabilities” marketing organization.

A significant portion of the role will involve management and administration (e.g. raising POs) of the marketing team’s budget, coordinating marketing and community events, as well as assisting with presentations and key note taking.

Major Job Activities:

  • Running, processing and keeping track of the annual budget for the marketing organization – working across brands, strategic marketing functions and finance. 
  • Project managing key business reviews/meeting preparation, and creation of board meeting materials: a) Ensure critical follow up actions and b) Managing the marketing share point repository 
  • Determining which meetings take priority 
  • Taking meeting notes & tracking meeting follow-ups 
  • Setting up centralized vendors – vendor management 
  • Developing and running the training and development/learning needs of the marketing department, including, but not limited to the“PCB Marketing Boot Camp”– working across agency partners 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role

Skills:

  • Training and development experience 
  • Communication: Regularly works across team members of all levels, so strongly developed written and verbal communication skills are crucial. 
  • Time management: Responsible for improving the efficiency of the business and team. They use skills in organization and planning to prioritize tasks, set meetings and keep team on task and on point 
  • Experience with budget management 
  • Experience working cross functionally across key marketing stakeholders 
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication 
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
