The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the Marketing team. This role will assist in coordinating projects for existing marketing programs and the development of new marketing initiatives. This will be done in a manner consistent with the @properties brand and align with company goals.

Duties:

  • Manages @balance, an Internal Wellness Program. Plans & Maintains Calendar, Negotiates Vendor Rates, Creates Monthly Marketing Promotions 
  • Supports Client Appreciation Program. Coordinates Mailing of Gifts Between Vendor and Fulfilment Center, Creates Marketing Flier & Card, Works with Director of Events & Marketing to Execute Program 
  • Manages Promotional Materials: Selection, Negotiation, Tracking, Distribution, Billing & Art Direction 
  • Maintains Positive Partner/Vendor Relationships 
  • Manages Administrative Tasks 
  • Project Management - Manages Office Requests, Mailing of Marketing Materials, Coordinates Promotional Needs for Office Managers 
  • Oversees Culture Building Programs, Such As: Magnets, Relationship Awards, Stationary, Packaging & Distribution of Gifts for Various Programs 
  • Coordinates Office Level Events & Lunches, Manages Registration & RSVP’s, Assists with Event Setup Needs, Works with Director of Events & Marketing to Execute & Coordinates Parades & Other Small Events 
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 3-5 Coordinating Experience 
  • Strong Project Management Skills, Shows Initiative & the Ability to Think on Your Feet 
  • Creative, with the Ability to Art Direct, Display/Style Merchandise, and Able to Execute a Design Idea from Concept to Finished Product 
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills 
  • Strong in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Calendar Management Software 
  • Strong Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills with the Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously 
  • Ability to Lift 5-20lbs 
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven, Team Environment with Quickly Shifting Priorities 
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
