Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Southeast Wisconsin
Brookfield, WI

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator in our Brookfield office. This position will work on a team in a fast-paced environment to assist in the corporate marketing functions in areas that include proposal preparation, promotional material development, executing social media campaigns and managing website content.

Responsibilities for this position include coordinating the proposal process; preparing interview presentations; writing marketing content; assisting with the coordination of tradeshows, conferences and client events; maintaining the Deltek Vision client relationship management database; and conducting market research for business development support as needed.

Successful candidates will have either a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing or journalism/mass communications from an accredited college or university and five years of applicable experience, an Associate’s degree in these areas from an accredited college or university and seven years of applicable experience, or more than 10 years of applicable experience in the A/E/C (architecture, engineering, construction) industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in writing, proofreading and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills are also required. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required. Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred. Experience with Deltek Vision or a similar CRM software is preferred.
