Stan's Fit For Your Feet in Brookfield, WI is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Do you want to work for an established company and be part of a supportive team? Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Department in the project management and execution of marketing campaigns for Stan's, New Balance Milwaukee, The Vionic Store Milwaukee, & Stansfootwear.com
  • Must be a team player
  • Have superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Work with Marketing Director to plan strategy and execute the plan with stores & team
  • Work with Marketing Department on all forms of advertising - digital advertising, traditional advertising,in-store setup, events and projects that pop up
  • Ability to design using Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Assist in the eMail Marketing plan
  • Assist in the management of website content with eCommerce Team and make changes as requested
  • Foster relationships with vendors (i.e. printers, shoe vendors etc. for Marketing needs)
  • Foster relationships with community organizations and speak on the behalf of Stan's Fit For Your Feet & New Balance Milwaukee
  • Assist at all internal and external marketing events, including all-store meetings, Ladies' Nights, Community Races, Health Expos and community partner events
  • Provide additional support to the department and organization as needed

Required Qualities and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Detail-oriented; hard-working; self-starter; creative
  • Knowledge and experience with Canva, WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator for MAC. 
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linkedin and other forms of social media
  • Ability to engage and represent Stan's & New Balance Milwaukee in the community
  • Valid Drivers License is required
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

$45,000-$55,000 - Salary.
