Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Department in the project management and execution of marketing campaigns for Stan's, New Balance Milwaukee, The Vionic Store Milwaukee, & Stansfootwear.com
• Knowledge or interest in AI marketing tools
• Plan a monthly email content calendar featuring relevant product, sales, and events
• Create, design, and send emails, split among four brands, selecting products to feature based on inventory and merchandising's recommendations.
• Coordinate logistics for monthly sales
• Design ability using Canva or Adobe Tools
• Work with brand representatives 
• Work with internal and external team members
• Foster relationships with vendors (i.e. printers, shoe vendors etc. for Marketing needs)
• Foster relationships with community organizations and speak on the behalf of Stan's Fit For Your Feet & New Balance 
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work on tight deadlines

Required Qualities and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience
• Detail-oriented; hard-working; self-starter; creative
• Knowledge and experience with Canva, WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator for MAC. 
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linkedin and other forms of social media
• Ability to engage and represent Stan's & New Balance Milwaukee in the community
• Valid Drivers License is required
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

$45,000-$55,000 - Salary.
