Position is located in Pulaski, WI.  Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution of Bay Tek Entertainment business Marketing Plan. This role will contribute to the Sales & Marketing team goals and initiatives to meet BTE goals and metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of Marketing functions, including, communications, advertising, branding, digital, social media, and event coordination. The Marketing coordinator must have the ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

We currently seek a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution of Bay Tek Entertainment business Marketing Plan. This role will contribute to the Sales & Marketing team goals and initiatives to meet BTE goals and metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of Marketing functions, including, communications, advertising, branding, digital, social media, and event coordination. The Marketing coordinator must have the ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

A wide-range of responsibilities offers new challenges every day in this exciting role:

  • Understand the voice of the customer to influence our go-to-market strategy and to communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiators.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of the Bay Tek Entertainment business Marketing plan to achieve BTE Sales and Marketing goals and objectives.
  • Assist in new product launch tool creation and awareness through video, photoshoots, and social media.
  • Create Marketing materials such as pitch decks, catalogs, mailers, sell sheets with guidance from Marketing Manager.
  • Create Marketing materials for trade shows, customer visits and other onsite events.
  • Execute key deliverables from the BTE business Marketing Plan.
  • Website maintenance and updates as required by the business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager on all Marketing collateral and distribution of content.
  • Execute our content calendar with the use of our Marketing automation software and other tools as needed.
  • Research and qualify inbound Sales and Marketing leads through the BTE website.
  • Coordinate trade show planning on behalf of Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist in trade show booth needs, set-up/take-down.
  • Help maintain BTE brand consistency for all internal and external events.
  • Provide support on post show communication and initiatives to help achieve Sales and Marketing objectives.
  • Provide support to other Marketing departments within The Village of Companies.
  • Other duties as assigned within a fast-paced customer driven organization.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Business
  • Work experience preferred on a B2B Marketing team
  • Graphic design capabilities a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Computer skills Strong MS Office user – PowerPoint and Excel specifically
  • Ability to create and manage digital visual content
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Marketing automation experience is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate, organize and manage projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong curiosity in leading edge marketing and technological practices and ideals.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and troubleshoot web related technical issues is a plus
  • Results Oriented – attentive to the results and performance of the plan and a focus on continuous improvement to increase effectiveness.
  • Interpersonal Confidence – ability to relate and connect to a diverse group of people; internally, to our customers, community, and markets we serve.
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication – Knows how to present ideas effectively and persuasively; has a strong written and verbal presence; can convey concepts in a wide variety of forums.

Travel Requirements:

Some travel may be required. 2-3 trips per year to Domestic Trade Shows

 

 

 

 

 

 

Starting Pay:  $48,000 - $68,000
