We currently seek a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution of Bay Tek Entertainment business Marketing Plan. This role will contribute to the Sales & Marketing team goals and initiatives to meet BTE goals and metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of Marketing functions, including, communications, advertising, branding, digital, social media, and event coordination. The Marketing coordinator must have the ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- Understand the voice of the customer to influence our go-to-market strategy and to communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiators.
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of the Bay Tek Entertainment business Marketing plan to achieve BTE Sales and Marketing goals and objectives.
- Assist in new product launch tool creation and awareness through video, photoshoots, and social media.
- Create Marketing materials such as pitch decks, catalogs, mailers, sell sheets with guidance from Marketing Manager.
- Create Marketing materials for trade shows, customer visits and other onsite events.
- Execute key deliverables from the BTE business Marketing Plan.
- Website maintenance and updates as required by the business.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager on all Marketing collateral and distribution of content.
- Execute our content calendar with the use of our Marketing automation software and other tools as needed.
- Research and qualify inbound Sales and Marketing leads through the BTE website.
- Coordinate trade show planning on behalf of Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in trade show booth needs, set-up/take-down.
- Help maintain BTE brand consistency for all internal and external events.
- Provide support on post show communication and initiatives to help achieve Sales and Marketing objectives.
- Provide support to other Marketing departments within The Village of Companies.
- Other duties as assigned within a fast-paced customer driven organization.
