Marketing Coordinator

TransUnion has an immediate need for a B2B Marketing Coordinator in TransUnion’s Media & Entertainment vertical (MEV). In this role you’ll support customer acquisition and retention strategies in a high-growth environment across multiple channels. You’ll report to the head of marketing for MEV and provide support to execute the vertical’s marketing strategy and plan including awareness, acquisition and activation programs. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a roll up your sleeves attitude. As a member of a cross-functional marketing team, you must be comfortable in a complex, matrix organization and be able to collaborate with teams to deliver performance results.

What You'll Bring:

  • Assist the MEV marketing lead with delivery of the annual Media & Entertainment marketing plan 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing delivery teams on the development and deployment of online and offline marketing projects and initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget 
  • Support the MEV marketing lead with promotional events and activities including advertising, emails, press releases, marketing collateral, etc. to achieve marketing and business goals and objectives
  • Maintain and update reports that communicate marketing program performance, project status updates, marketing campaign target lists and other items as directed
  • Work with stakeholders to manage the editing and review process to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Impact You'll Make:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, B2B marketing preferred 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Passion for creating solutions and being collaborative 
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and in a team setting 
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with an acute attention to detail
