Marketing Coordinator

Vive, LLC is a marketing consulting company exclusively for manufacturers in the plastics industry. Our office is located in the Third Ward of Milwaukee.  Vive is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of brand strategies and messaging for multiple clients located throughout the Midwest. Candidates will be asked to supply a portfolio of marketing communication efforts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Generate and maintain sales tools for multiple clients
• Create material that supports company's capabilities, innovations & announcements
• Development of email newsletter content & layout 
• Assist in the development of trade magazine ads, press releases, or editorials
• Facilitate content and design enhancements to client websites
• Produce and report customer interviews/questionnaires
• Perform market research relative to a company’s market segmentation
• Coordinate social media strategies and blogs

• Marketing related degree with focus on communicaitons and/or design background
• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
• Creative, detail-oriented, and professional 
• Strong information-gathering skills and the drive to make things happen 
• Ability to learn quickly, understand challenges and underlying concerns of the client 
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a connected environment
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability 
• Proficient with MS Office products and Adobe Creative Suite
