Wangard Partners, a growing multi-entity company, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and organized individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal and external teams to support the strategic development, assessment and management of Wangard’s marketing programs and manage communications across the organization.

Essential Duties:


  • Develop and manage relationship with Wangard Team and marketing agency and vendors to execute desired company goals. 
  • Direct agency towards successful execution of Wangard marketing, communication, branding, website, and social media initiatives. 
  • Work with internal team and external marketing vendors to determine and update Wangard’s marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Create and manage a weekly, monthly, and annual marketing calendar.
  • Update and manage ordering of marketing collateral. (brochures, flyers, signs, etc.)
  • Manage marketing vendor/supplier bid process.
  • Collaborate with Wangard Team to implement internal communication strategy that supports the company’s goals.
  • Continuously improve key internal communications channels using the full range of tools including (but not limited to) company website(s), email, social media, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Create and manage customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Promote Wangard events and community involvement. 

Social Media/Digital Advertising

  • Coordinate social media efforts including planning, content development, posting, and user engagement for residential and commercial properties as well as Wangard development pipeline and projects.
  • Coordinate with outside vendor for existing and new marketing platforms to effectively drive traffic to Wangard Properties; measure results of campaigns through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools.
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of social media marketing and search engine marketing.
  • Manage contracts for Google Ads and internet listing sites and assess and adjust listing type and budget as needed.
  • Monitor real estate trends, new supply in the market, and changing demographics and apply that knowledge to Wangard’s social media tactics.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to online reviews across Wangard portfolio.
  • Update website content as needed. 

Event Planning

  • Collaborate in planning company events to ensure budget adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and brand representation.
  • BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, New Media or equivalent work experience preferred. 
  • 2-4 years of professional marketing experience preferred. 
  • Strong project management and time management skills required. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate concerns in a concise and timely manner. 
  • High degree of detail orientation and conscientiousness concerning the timely completion of assignments. 
  • Desire to take ownership and responsibility for work product. 
  • Responsive team player with the ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks. 
  • High degree of credibility and confidentiality. 
  • Exceptional work ethic.
