Position Details

Marketing Coordinator
Southwest Wisconsin
Madison, WI

Role Summary:

Provide assistance to the marketing staff in their implementation of effective marketing campaigns and tactics to achieve company's business objectives.

In this role you will:

Marketing Projects (70%)

  • Support Marketing & Communications Team in coordination and execution of marketing tactics and campaigns. 
  • Attend kick-off meetings and work with peers to ensure positive outcomes. 
  • Process requests from sales and other departments for refresh, redesign, or development of marketing collateral, applications, or forms (i.e. mailing lists for agents, direct mail list for members, prospects). 
  • Utilize established project processes and platforms to track project deliverables, obtain appropriate approvals, and maintain timelines. 
  • Review and proof marketing materials.

Administrative (30%)

  • Monitor and update projects within InMotion, track due dates, and complete project close-out process. 
  • Maintain Marketing Collateral Library and sample files. 
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data and team project metrics. 
  • Support Production team with tasks such as – quote requests, work orders, obtaining approvals.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience 
  • 1 or more years of project experience in marketing agency setting or in-house creative marketing team

We also prefer:

  • 1 or more years insurance industry marketing/advertising environment or related field

Your team:

Enjoy working within a fun, creative, and supportive team consisting of three copywriters, four graphic designers, and a production crew that report to the Director of Communications.
