Job Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the design, execution and management of digital content and experiences that are engaging, meet Associated Bank brand standards, and increase performance of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels including the AssociatedBank.com website, social media channels, email marketing, digital advertising and digital applications/apps. 
  • Manage and mentor digital, lead and graphic design team, ensuring they are aligned to the company vision and project objectives. 
  • Collaborates on projects with their colleagues and checks for consistency, clarity, quality and compliance. 
  • Maintains and adheres to digital brand standards and ensures the consistent application of standards across all print and digital channels. 
  • Stays up-to-date on industry best practices and adjusts the web design strategy as necessary. 
  • Use web analytics data and SEO strategies to inform design decisions. 
  • Collaborates with LOB stakeholders and content team to produce unique retention and acquisition concepts.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Design, Web Design, User Experience (UX), or Marketing Required

Experience:

  • 4-6 years Design, Web Design, UX. Experience working with HTML, CSS, HTML5 and other front-end technologies required. Experience working within CMS/template driven environments. Skilled at driving UX/UI content-centric systems. Required 
  • 1-3 years Supervising digital, lead and/or graphic design team

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date, Required
