The VP of Creative Services is responsible for bringing to life the organization’s brand strategy through creative direction and execution of all marketing collateral, including print and digital assets, in support of the goals established in the strategic marketing plan.

Responsible for ensuring that all creative assets are aligned and consistent with established brand style guidelines, and the design and messaging are impactful and effective in meeting business objectives.

  • Work in collaboration with the CMO and the advertising agency to define the strategic visual brand and creative direction for the organization 
  • Drive innovative ideas while simplifying the complex and communicating in clear and inspiring ways 
  • Collaborate with the advertising agency on the development and refinement of advertising campaign creative concepts – execute and direct its execution across all platforms 
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, including print, digital, audio and video, as well as promotional products 
  • Direct all marketing support for branches Provide marketing consultation to local branches and markets on how and where to spend their local advertising and sponsorship budgets most effectively to drive brand awareness 
  • Manage the creation and updating of branch advertising templates and marketing materials 
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization 
  • Provide strategic design direction and help teams resolve the creative tensions between brand consistency and platform-specific design constraints and needs. 
  • Develop and manages relationships with external vendors 
  • Manage and develop graphic design and marketing communications team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or Graphic Design. 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing creative, marketing collateral, advertising and brand standards. 
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, influence decisions and effectively communicate the Bremer brand to internal and external audiences. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills. 
  • People management experience preferred.
