Apply data science to make a real and meaningful impact by working directly with the digital marketing team at the #1 health system in Wisconsin so we can push the boundaries of advanced analytics.

We are seeking a Marketing Data Scientist to:

  • Oversee the configuration of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to provide meaningful insights and visualizations using Google Data Studio and/or other visualization platforms.
  • Oversee the integration of disparate data sources, working with Enterprise Analytics to feed digital marketing data into the Enterprise Data Ecosystem.
  • Be and agent of change, offering our patients a new, personalized experience driven by data analysis and interpretation.
  • Lead the development of a data-driven culture in Marketing and the demonstration of effective data-driven strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Turn raw data into storytelling that can drive marketing decisions.
  • Prepare the digital marketing team for CRM integration.
  • Analyze digital marketing data to provide recommendations for digital advertising campaign optimizations.

Work Schedule:

Applicants living in Illinois or Wisconsin may be able to work remotely. This will be discussed during the interview process. 

Education:

  • Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or relevant quantitative Engineering field. Four (4) years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree).
  • Preferred – Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or relevant Engineering field.

Work Experience:

  • Preferred – Two years of data science or machine learning engineering experience including delivering high quality data science solutions to stakeholders. Two years of experience with data and statistical analysis preferably with large data sets or unstructured data (free text, images, machine or IoT). One year of experience in healthcare (provider or payer).

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Preferred – Epic certifications in Cogito. Epic badge or certification in Cognitive Computing Platform.
