Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Marketing Designer to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

We are seeking a creative, highly organized team player to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment, communicate and execute their creative ideas effectively, and possess a keen eye for design.

In addition to uploading your resume, you need to submit a design portfolio to be considered for this position. Please include 10-15 examples that demonstrate your ability to design within a set of brand standards, specifically including 3-4 PowerPoint presentations you致e created for internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • As a Marketing Designer at Paradigm, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual materials that support our marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • You'll ensure that all outward-facing deliverables are on-brand, professional-looking, and effectively communicate our messaging.
  • You will be responsible for designing a wide variety of print and digital lead generation and sales enablement materials including sell sheets, print ads, social media graphics, website banners, landing pages, email templates, and more.
  • You will be responsible for creating and editing PowerPoint presentations with tight turnaround times, focusing on the design, layout, and formatting of slides to effectively communicate information and engage the audience.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with the marketing lead and various stakeholders to communicate timelines and develop high-quality work in an efficient manner.
  • You will be responsible for final proofing, packaging, and delivering files.
  • You will also be responsible for cataloging, standardizing, and protecting digital assets and artwork files.
  • You will be the keeper of our brand standards, maintaining brand assets and our media center. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that all external-facing deliverables meet brand standards.
  • You love to stay up to date with current design trends outside and within our industry. You will be responsible for improving upon current materials to ensure relevant and fresh design exists across our brand collateral.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • You ideally have 3+ years design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • You are proficient in the full Adobe suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • You have excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • You are proficient in HTML/CSS and WordPress experience is preferred.
  • Project management software experience preferred.
  • You have a solid understanding of key design principles, tools, and techniques.
  • We are busy if you like to work on multiple projects at once and adapt to changing priorities. We are really fast-paced!
  • You are known for your clear written & verbal communication.
  • You have a keen eye for detail. You are known for your organizational skills.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $60,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
