Position Details

Marketing Director - Media & Digital
Twin Cities Metro
Golden Valley, MN


  • Develop traditional & digital media strategy & execution in partnership with Agency partners to support commercial KPIs. Traditional Channels include (but not limited to): National and Local Network Television, National & Local Cable Television, National & Local OTT / CTV, National and Local Radio, Digital Audio, & Print.
  • Foster strong collaboration between the internal team, other departments and agencies to develop holistic and impactful marketing campaigns 
  • Lead an integrated strategy between media, digital, website, and nurturing efforts grounded in data analytics and a continuous improvement testing framework. 
  • Lead and cultivate a team-oriented environment that encourages innovation, accountability and high performance 
  • Continuously optimize media mix while managing the media budget across all platforms. 
  • Organize & lead cross functional media optimizations with key partners based on channel specific KPIs to maximuizxe ROI and achieve key performance indicators 
  • Support the team in building comprehensive analytic tools and reporting for all media, web, and nurturing channels 
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners while responding in a clear, concise, and timely manner 
  • Be at the forefront of media and marketing trends as they evolve overtime

Required Skills:

  • Very strong knowledge of Traditional Media channels 
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Media channels 
  • Experience working with digital agencies 
  • Strong analytical, collaboration and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience in managing owned web, digital, and SMS channels 
  • Ability to work and thrive in a high growth, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and partners 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required (MBA preferred) 
  • Five to seven years of related experience in business, marketing, Advertising Agency, or related field 
  • Minimum three years of management experience 
  • Med Tech Experience preferred
