Marketing Director is responsible for the general direction and implementation of the company marketing strategies. Specifics include but are not limited to development and execution of the annual budget for marketing; coordination of print, tv, radio, and social media advertising or campaigns, company events, industry tradeshows; the evaluation and coordination of site signage and representations; assistance in business development initiatives under the direction of the VP of business development; coordination and development of project qualification materials under the direction of VP of customer acquisition; development and maintenance of the company website; coordination of project-specific photography and marketing; and coordination of Company clothing and merchandising plans.
Additionally, the Marketing Director coordinates all Company press releases, organizes and directs project groundbreaking and ribbon cuttings, etc.
