RESPONSIBILITIES (Continued):
MARKETING:
Facilitate collaboration for specific Practice Area marketing plans throughout the year. This will include the use of outside vendors to maintain a market presence on the Web, Collateral, Outdoor advertising, Television, Radio, Directory, and Social platforms. It will also include individual marketing by attorney and staff who attend lunches, dinners, committees, events, charity, etc.
- Design and Implement and facilitate marketing strategies with the Firm Administrator, Managing Shareholder and Practice Area leadership.
- Support and develop a marketing action plan.
- Coordinate with media agency to develop effective marketing campaigns, including script review and writing, art and color coordination to protect Brand Image, creating of mass medias to brand, market and educate the consumer.
- Track and Budget all marketing efforts to determine what marketing efforts are effective. This includes, but is not limited to: PPC, SEM, SEO and other web-based marketing
- Coordination with all Practice Areas to analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly progress ensuring marketing issues are properly captured.
- Maximize social media to market the Law Firm.
- Annual review and recommendations for print advertising for local groups.
- Organize and participate in community activities with the firm.
- Facilitate collaboration and implementation of grassroots business development.
- Regular collaboration meeting with outside social media and website marketing vendor(s).
- Coordinate with outside vendor handling the firm’s social media to ensure they receive necessary material from firm/staff.
- Manage and maintain the firm’s Constant Contact list in an organized/grouped manner for ease of use.
- Facilitate, organize and coordinate (Charity Events, Sponsorships, Fairs, Lunch & Learn, Speaking engagements, etc.).
- Set up in-office and out-of-office networking/marketing lunches for staff and potential referral sources.
- Assist with and support firm’s involvement in legal networks, including the coordination of business development and marketing activities within these relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate the filming of Attorney video blogs.
- Track and coordinate with Intake and Management the Intake Statistics with the marketing statistics.
- Create and respond to Client Surveys.
PUBLIC RELATIONS:
- Identify sources and publish articles/news in appropriate locations to keep firm in front of other attorneys/firms as a leader in the industry.
- Write and distribute Press Releases throughout the year.
- Coordinate with Managing Shareholder for press interaction, including impromptu press conferences when needed.
- Responsive action/responses to online Client Reviews.
