SUMMARY:
The Director of Marketing will serve as a key leader within the marketing team, working directly with the Sr. Director of Kidney Care Marketing to craft and implement marketing programs responsible for driving clinical audience (nephrologists, dialysis providers, nurses) and patient/consumer engagement with CVS Kidney Care’s product portfolio.
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing revenue-generating strategies and directing the execution of innovative marketing programs on a local, regional, and national scale. Near-term, s/he will work collaboratively with an internal agency, work with outside business partners, as well as internal cross-functional resources, and eventually manage a small team of strategists and marketers.
In this role, s/he will assess the market to build strategies in support of business growth goals, collaborating with the Director of Content Strategy to amplify the brand and growth strategies through innovative digital initiatives. The individual in this role should fuel the brand's growth and deliver optimal marketing impact and customer value relative to business growth and new market/product launch initiatives, while managing within budget. S/he will spearhead the health and growth of our external relationships through deep collaboration with business partners, work to understand the unique market and audience needs, and build strategic plans based on those insights. As a steward of the brand, s/he will ensure a consistent experience across primary brand and co-branded experiences, as appropriate.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build and maintain strong relationships is a must.
