Marketing Director
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The Marketing Director’s primary responsibilities will be to help guide strategy, design, and content creation for dinvy’s social, web, and demand generation marketing. The individual will be responsible for managing the social posts of dinvy and then reacting in a prescriptive manner to the performance of those posts, managing and organizing email cadences to qualified and cold leads, and they will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to create the strategy to cultivate those lead relationships.

Lastly, this individual will be a key player in a startup environment and a team of one and need to be responsible for making strategic decisions, as well as executing on a broad range of marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be able to develop and own the implementation of new marketing processes at a startup.
  • Strategize along with the Sales team to create lead cadences,design emails, and help analyze conversion metrics and KPIs. 
  • Design ad content/graphics to be displayed on social media, email templates, and the website. 
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads to manage our online campaigns and interact with conversion, and impression data. 
  • Participate in the design and management of the dinvy website and work alongside our development team to make the website more interactive and dynamic. 
  • Work closely with theOperations team to create content in parallel with new product releases. 
  • Produce engaging and dynamic content for a variety of channels and mediums, including but not limited to: social media posts, emails, landing pages, websites, digital ads, webinars, blog posts, infographics, and video scripts.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience 
  • Experience with design/creative direction (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) 
  • Experience with email Marketing tools (Pardot preferred) 
  • Experience with website/CMS management (WordPress preferred) 
  • Written and verbal communications skills (Copywriting) 
  • Experience with digital/email marketing campaign strategy and execution 
  • Experience with content creation is preferred

  • Pardot / Salesforce

  • Sprout Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
