Marketing Director Overview:

  • Direct the Marketing efforts for an array of interconnected healthcare business lines 
  • Understand each brand’s needs, being able to pivot quickly between projects 
  • Collaborate with Administration to turn ideas into marketing action plans

Marketing Director Responsibilities:

  • Calculate the ROI of team efforts by tracking performance metrics and campaign results 
  • Lead the development of brand identities and growth initiatives 
  • Support team members to ensure all brands are receiving the necessary materials on schedule 
  • Contract with third-party vendors for special projects and content, as needed 
  • Monitor the budgeting and expenses of contracts, campaigns, and materials 
  • Write internal and public relations communications

Marketing Director Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related 
  • Well-versed in marketing leadership practices in a professional services organization 
  • Portfolio of presentable materials to showcase experience with brand content creation 
  • Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead a team with a positive and proactive work ethic
