We have a proprietary system to monitor quality indicators. Our system allows us to staff based not only on the number of people we care for, but also on the amount of care required. Our staffing ratios depend on who we’re caring for, not only how many. We can adjust staffing in real time based on changing needs we identify.

Laureate Group, one of the largest providers of Senior Housing in Southeastern Wisconsin is looking to expand our team! We have opportunities for sales professionals with experience in both relationship and consultative selling situations.

Responsibilities include building professional relationships, generating then following up on leads, conducting tours, closing sales and coordinating the move-in process.

The ideal candidate has at minimum 2 years of success in building professional relationships and closing leads. Candidates must be goal oriented, strategic thinkers with critical thinking skills. Background and experience in Senior Housing, Assisted Living, Long Term care or other older adult services is preferred but not required.

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus plan.
