Maintains census goals and strategically markets for RM Management by leading tours, building/maintaining strong community relations and innovating/executing events.

Essential Functions (Including but not limited to the following):

  • Manage marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and move-in goals, and close sales by assisting prospective clients, their families, and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and educating them on services. 
  • Proven success in building positive relationships and trust. 
  • Contact marketing sources to place advertisements, and develop and maintain move-in waiting lists. 
  • Accept and process reservation deposits and lead clients through the admissions and move-in process. 
  • Manage the daily intake of voicemail messages and coordinate communication efforts as necessary. 
  • Type client documentations, correspondences, contracts, memos and reports. 
  • Promptly response to client questions, complaints and service requests, and direct problems to supervisor as needed. 
  • Collaborates with supervisor on process improvement changes, participates during staff meetings, and provides feedback to employees as needed. 
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all paperwork regarding client data, billing information, and client assessment/evaluations. 
  • Responsible for operating with budget guidelines. 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned. 
  • Input information in RM Management CRM Tool.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years marketing, sales and/or management experience. 
  • Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings. 
  • MN Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statues that pertain to home care. 
  • Expertise in working with senior client populations.
