We are seeking a Marketing Director to drive the marketing efforts for PaR. This person will be responsible all aspects of PaR System's b to b marketing efforts including brand strategy, the commercialization of new products, digital marketing & content creation (web, social media, case studies, videos), project management of marketing & sales related initiatives, as well as the day to day operations of our existing marketing programs (promotional items, trade shows, calendar, branding, and collateral materials).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business units, corporate strategy, enabling functions & external agencies to define and execute a global brand strategy that is deployed consistently across the company's geographic markets and focus verticals 
  • Manage complex projects within defined budgetary and time constraints utilizing cross-functional teams. 
  • Provide strategic input and analysis on target markets, customers, and segments. 
  • Conduct competitive research as needed and / or requested by BU leaders. 
  • Develop and execute a global marketing, communications and public relations program that sustains the company's brand and image with clients, prospective employees, industry analysts and the general public 
  • Create and manage marketing related content for our website, social media sites, printed materials, white papers, case studies, videos, trade shows, press releases and other marketing related communications across a diverse group of products, capabilities, and markets. 
  • Manage all domains, websites, and social media sites. 
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets in collaboration with Business Unit leaders and VP of Sales & Marketing. 
  • Develop and monitor metrics which support our marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Increase the quality and quantity of incoming leads for all of our businesses. 
  • Manage promotional items inventory and processes. 
  • Develop and manage corporate presentation templates.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, MBA preferred with 10 or more years of generalist marketing experience. 
  • Ability to create and manage content utilizing Adobe Suite. 
  • Ability to utilize CMS (content management system for website) 
  • Microsoft Office proficient: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. 
  • Project Management experience. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively within an engineering driven company culture. 
  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work productively with a wide variety of perspectives, background, and experience. 
  • Ability to develop content that is both technically accurate and visually attractive. 
  • Past experience in Business to Business marketing and technical products preferred. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
