Marketing Director

Responsible for developing market strategies to promote and sell the company’s products and services. Coordinating the sales development to maintain continuity between all divisions on products sold and distributed. Develop strategies and plans to support new products including planning, developing, and producing the advertising and promotional programs for all divisional products to drive sales growth. Establishes, maintains and updates the “web experience” from the view of the customer. Estimate costs and manage program/project for budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and interprets customer needs and requirements with the help of each divisional manager 
• Work with each division to develop sales strategies and new product introductions 
• Create written, graphic, and video content for social media platforms including web pages, Facebook, Instagram, Houzz and Linkedin 
• Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of Email campaigns, web pages, brochures, and digital ads 
• Develop media material, including press releases, fact sheets, and customer testimonials. 
• Create/design newsletters, brochures, print media to capture all divisional product lines 
• Works with minimal guidance

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related field and/or experience in the wood product manufacturing or construction industry 
• 3-5+ years in the marketing field 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines 
• Detailed oriented 
• Communicate professionally with customer and co-workers 
• Demonstrated ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan 
• Some travel required
