At CLA, we create inspired careers. CLA is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join the Minneapolis CLA Family! This individualwill contribute to the implementation and execution of industry and service group marketing plans and associated budgets and act as a liaison to the firm marketing team.

The ideal candidate for this position should be a creative thinker and operate as a team member to leverage CLA best practices! They will drive and monitor the local marketing plans and budgets in alignment with CLA national plans.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Executes and organizes logistics for in‐market programming such as events, direct/digital marketing, digital/print advertising, speaking engagements, trade, public relations, local news releases or awards on a daily basis
  • Facilitate and maintain marketing activity and account tracking within our data management system
  • Respond and process prospective client proposals and opportunities and maintain consistency of CLA brand standards
  • Utilize our project management software to request and manage local projects on an ongoing basis
  • Assists in developing and implementing local marketing processes and procedures with oversight from firm and office leadership
  • Actively participates in and encourages office professionals to be active in social media
  • Execute internal communications through email, office Yammer site and office shared Outlook marketing/recruiting calendar

Microsoft Windows and Office Products (daily use) Competencies Required:

  • MS Word (intermediate to advanced level) 
  • MS Excel (intermediate) 
  • MS Outlook (intermediate to advanced level) 
  • MS PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level) 
  • Adobe and other Products (intermediate to advanced level)

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of related administrative or marketing experience required
  • High school degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is highly preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong writing skills
  • Organize with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
