Position Summary:
The Marketing Graphic Designer role is an integral part in the overall strategy, efforts, customer experience and brand strategy of the Delta Defense marketing services team. Well qualified candidates are relentlessly innovative, courageously creative, driven by results, unafraid to fail, hungry to succeed, and willing to push themselves and their teammates to grow every single day. You can expect a fast-paced work environment with multiple deadlines and completed deliverables each week. This is not an entry-level position. This work is well beyond gimmicks or what looks cool.
Work closely with the direct response marketing copywriters to serve as the creative force responsible for optimizing our most important digital marketing assets: ads, emails, opt-in pages, sales pages, VSLs and webinar funnels. The ideal candidate is obsessed with direct response marketing and conversion rate optimization. You are data-driven, and EXCITED about the opportunity to see the results of testing your design and marketing assets across MILLIONS of viewers.
