The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Marketing Integration Manager.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations and Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring the success in growth of new or existing Motorcycle product through effective marketing initiatives that are consistent with the Brand vision. The leader will partner closely with top Business and Marketing leaders to ensure collaboration and efficiencies of the marketing strategy tied to direct business outcomes. This role will have accountability for developing and optimizing the rolling 12-month Marketing content and editorial calendar. While this leader will have direct responsibility in the motorcycle product space, they must also ensure cross functional integration into the broader marketing plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation of the Global, product, and regional Marketing calendars and associated plans for their respective function that celebrates and promotes great product in a way that optimizes consumer demand. 
  • Develop marketing briefs with appropriate details for asset development, target definition and messaging. 
  • Develop new product marketing launch plans. 
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across product lines and regions to ensure a comprehensive strategy is in place to achieve marketing goals. 
  • Effectively communicate needs to Marketing Leadership on behalf of the Business functions they support to drive efficiencies across the Company. 
  • Balance individual business goals with overall Marketing priorities to drive maximum impact across the Organization. 
  • Persistent focus on business performance driven by marketing actions with the ability to adapt on-demand. 
  • Collaborate with the Go-To-Market teams to ensure the appropriate prioritization of company resources. 
  • Manage Business owners across product lines to adapt plans in real-time as necessary (incentives, inventory management, etc.)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing or similar role 
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital and social media industry 
  • Proven track record of setting up and driving marketing projects/programs within an organization 
  • Ability to influence, mobilize and lead cross functional teams 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams to develop, package and deliver opportunities 
  • Creativity to develop and package ideas that will drive revenue 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
