Drives lead generation through identifying and cultivating new applications and target customers for commercial and Accessible business needs. Identifies key stakeholders in target replication markets and recommends best strategy and marketing efforts to generate sales within these areas.

Winnebago’s Specialty Vehicles division has two different markets; building wheelchair-accessible RVs and building commercial vehicles. Our commercial vehicles that serve a wide variety of applications, including mobile medical, imaging, dental, community outreach, bookmobiles, and many others. Our wheelchair accessible RVs market is a growing business segment for Winnebago and is helping us build an inclusive RV industry.

We are seeking a smart, high-energy customer-focused individual to help us grow the businesses. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and test your creativity and initiative in identifying and cultivating new customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Perform market analysis to determine prioritized areas to focus sales efforts 
  • Performs robust VOC and documents findings and insights to inform marketing plans 
  • Develop compelling value propositions for target customer segments 
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation 
  • Create compelling promotional materials (print, digital) 
  • Drive social media joint efforts with our dealerships 
  • Lead planning needs for shows and events

  • Experience with social media 

Other:

  • Some travel required between Winnebago locations or to customers 
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Internship Dates: June 5th - July 28th

Hourly Rate: $25/hour.
