Position Details

Marketing Intern

Eden Prairie, MN


This position will work with the Marketing Managers and Content Specialists to support of digital experience, channel merchandising and solution selling initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, image resizing, digital asset management and content optimization in order to build a better, more consistent customer experience.


  • Assist the Product and Channel Marketing Managers in their initiatives to optimize content on, as well as partner sites, and in other scenarios as required 
  • Assist Content Specialists and Creative team with image resizing and asset management to ensure a consistent customer experience across 
  • Support Channel Marketing Managers in the development of solution selling materials, and with other collateral when needed 
  • Learn and be curious about marketing strategy and best practices for content optimization and asset management
  • Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Comfortable handling multiple projects with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines 
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills 
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to translate concepts into deliverables 
  • Detail and process oriented 
  • Possess high degree of professionalism

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or other related technical degree, or three years’ education completed in pursuit of said degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Excel 
  • Familiarity with SEO standard methodologies and keyword search tools 
  • Familiarity with Sitecore and/or Cloudinary 
  • Enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices across the company


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard. 
  • General office environment 
  • May require occasional ground travel to other company facilities 
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10% travel
