Are you pursuing a Bachelor Degree or an Associates degree in Marketing or related Business/Communications field and looking for an internship where you can gain hands-on learning and experience in the field in addition to what you are learning in the classroom? This is not an internship of just getting coffee and copying manuals. This would be a contributory role on our Marketing Team which will allow you to dive in, roll up your sleeves to build your resume while making a difference.

The position will be full-time in the summer months, with an opportunity for part-time hours during the school year all on day shift.

What does my workday look like in this role?

  • Gain professional experience by working directly with Marketing Team members, including our Graphic Designer and Marketing Lead with projects and daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist Marketing Lead in implementation of Marketing Automation Software
  • Help coordinate and distribute/mail marketing materials
  • Update company database as required
  • Assist in the generation and proofreading Marketing Collateral
  • Review and update website meta tags for search optimization

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursing a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing or related Business/Communications field. 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy and proven proficiency in MS Office Software
  • Knowledgeable of various social media platforms.
  • Personable and able to work with both internal and external customers at all levels in their organizations
  • Positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Approachable,empathetic, caring, ethical.
