Marketing Internships:

January 2021 - December 2021 ( Part-time Spring semester, Full-time Summer, Part-time Fall semester)

May 2021 - April 2022 (Full-time Summer, Part-time Fall semester, Part-time Spring semester)

Must be enrolled in a 4 year bachelor’s program with good academic standing and be flexible during the Spring and Fall semesters to work 10-15 hours a week part-time and 40 hours a week full-time during the summer.

Product Marketing - Innovation

  • Maintain and compile competitive information on key features and product categories including actionable executive summaries 
  • Help identify product/feature gaps and opportunities across the product portfolio (Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove) 
  • Assist with planning, content development and summarizing results of Innovation Workshops with cross-functional participants 
  • Monitor breakthrough innovation and product introductions in adjacent categories (small appliance, smart homes, electronics) 
  • Support research efforts by reviewing learning plan objectives and questionnaires, plus assisting with stimulus preparation 
  • Assist with new product definition scoping activities 
  • Monitor inventory of prototype and production units to be used in trade shows and photo-shoots 
  • Support other Marketing functions as needed

Brand Communications

  • Public Relations – manage daily requests 
  • Social Media – maintain post calendar; monitor social profiles; assist with writing/posting content 
  • Print & Digital Media – reviewing/proofing ads 
  • Content – assist in campaign development and content review 
  • Assist with integrated communications projects 
  • Miscellaneous projects, e.g. QA testing

Digital Strategy & Analytics

  • Support the UX (user experience), testing, and optimization program for the website and mobile apps. 
  • Field requests, research best practices, develop recommendations, and gather assets from various teams. 
  • Gain valuable experience in UX design, A/B testing, and cross functional communication.

Product Marketing

  • Compile competitive analyses to identify product/feature gaps and opportunities leading to actionable executive summaries. 
  • Assist in new product development scoping activities, development of branded in-product materials, and naming of products and features.
