Position Overview:

The Marketing Lead Coordinator supports the Marketing team with the execution of lead strategies and processes within Salesforce. This individual will help shape new lead generation efforts to nurture and qualify leads to measure campaign effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions:

Email Journeys

  • Develop and support the launch of lead generation email journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Manage consolidation of requirements and project submission process with cross-functional Marketing partners 
  • Evaluate journey performance and provide recommendations to optimize emails to drive lead engagement/conversion

Campaign & Lead Management

  • Create Salesforce campaigns to support Marketing tactics and lead capture efforts 
  • Perform QA tests to ensure lead forms and Salesforce data function properly across all platforms 
  • Support change requests and enhancements to data for the dealer locator

Reporting

  • Produce regular reports and dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and lead insights to internal stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education / Experience:

  • BS/BA in Marketing or related degree 
  • Minimum of 2 years working within CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 year email marketing experience
