Perform and lead the Marketing department function and personnel in the completion of tasks, marketing activities including project management, internal communications and support of Sales representatives. Focus on the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that are accomplished through quarterly marketing campaigns, advertising, and engagement programs. Assist in ensuring the necessary coordination, training and collaboration exists for the completion of projects and initiatives that positively impacts the Sales, Marketing and HR efforts of the organization.

  • Exercise task management methods and leadership for achievement of collaborative Marketing projects across the organization.
  • Practice strategic campaign planning and execution for quarterly promotions and engagement programs.
  • Create content for digital properties and promotions including emails, advertisements, landing pages, blogs, social media, flyers and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the creation and production of physical marketing collateral and materials.
  • Administer the marketing automation system and its synchronization with all marketing initiatives.
  • Update and maintain various databases in marketing, CRM and ERP.
  • Communicate internal branding, strategy, and marketing activities via company-wide messaging.
  • Support the needs, ideas, and communications of Sales Reps including fulfilling sample requests.
  • Manage the promotional item inventory and work with vendors to reorder as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. At least two (2) plus years related experience or a combination of exposure to a Sales and/or Marketing environment through internships/co-op experiences.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, perform the work as well as provide direction and guidance to others in the department with an attention to detail in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills and demonstrate a desire to learn and acquire industry and field related knowledge.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office. InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience a plus.
  • Prefer experience with a marketing automation system and/or strategic marketing campaign planning.
