Content Creation Team

This role involves leading our Content Creation team to drive the best content outcomes from our global team of specialists.

Collaborating closely with our content strategy leaders, the role will involve coordinating team results, driving forward content excellence and being heavily involved in content conceptualization and optimization.

This opportunity can be Hybrid or Virtual based on the candidates proximity to the New York or Chicago offices.


  • Helping to champion collaboration and best practice across the Content Creation team 
  • Providing final say on content copy and acting as the last link in the chain when it comes to content creation 
  • Part of the Content leadership team, helping to shape our strategy and priorities 
  • Helping to ensure the Content Creation team is meeting its objectives across Core, Core+ and Net New content delivery 
  • Writing content for various media, with an emphasis on long-form – but punchy – thought leadership 
  • Interviewing subject matter authorities to create thought-provoking insights 
  • Helping – and often being integral to – the creative and innovation process for pieces 
  • Tracking the progress, metrics and opportunities of insights developed 
  • Helping to drive forward an ambitious content agenda

Skills and thinking

  • 5+ years of content writing experience 
  • Copy-editing skills – particularly around headlines, stand-firsts and calls to action 
  • Passionate about helping others improve their writing and outputs 
  • Helping to bring-on new starters that will be joining the team as Content Specialists 
  • Stand-out writing skills 
  • Ability to engage with subject matter authorities and distill down often complex subject matter into insights that can create cut-through 
  • Desire to own and drive forward content projects 
  • Keen to consider – and experience working across – multiple media, including social, video, podcasts and infographics 
  • Confident using CMS’ and project management tools such as 
  • Highly collaborative, as the content team is set up to drive forward success as a team 
  • Keen to tackle issues with a global perspective – an approach that we are looking to bake into all our insights 
  • Always considering new themes and ways of working as we drive forward our content strategy


  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
