Under supervision of the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, manage all marketing projects and events for Medline’s orthopedic implant division (Medline UNITE - Foot & Ankle).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with compliance, corporate events, sales management, sales representatives, and outside vendors to schedule and organize all marketing and medical education events, including dinner programs, customer visits, cadaver labs, courses, and conference/tradeshow exhibits and sponsorships. 
  2. Manage the event registration process and logistics, and provide on-site support larger meetings and events. 
  3. Oversee all packaging and labeling projects with corporate marketing and regulatory departments. 
  4. Assist with the development of all instructional surgical videos, product animations, product literature, advertising campaigns, presentations, training materials. 
  5. Create tools and resources used by the sales team and customer end-users, including inventory control and order forms. 
  6. Manage sales rep communications for product news and announcements, including ownership of the monthly sales newsletter. 
  7. Update and maintain content for the website and mobile app. 
  8. Create and post content to social media sites (LinkedIn), and manage email campaigns and CRM information. 
  9. Coordinate shipments and tracking for all product demos, displays, samples, and conference exhibit materials. 
  10. Organize, track, and report on the status and budget for all marketing and medical education events and projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience with Product Management, Marketing, Business

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent Organizational, Presentation, Planning, Communication, Analytical, Computer, and Follow-Up Skills 
  • Roll-Up the Sleeves Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Passion, Reliability 
  • Highly Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint required 
  • Willingness to Travel 20%

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA 
  • Previous experience in HealthCare or Clinical Setting 
  • Excellent Strategic Tool-Kit
