Background:
Barilla has a successful business on Meal Solutions in the U.S:, owning premium shares on Dry Pasta and Pesto categories and continously growing on Premium Sauces. While having an expanding - however still small-business on Wasa, the Company had identified the creation of a Bakery portfolio in the U.S. as a strategic priority, as another significant growth engine aside Meal Solutions. An agile, knowledgeable team will work on framing this opportunity/vision and identify the organic and non organic levers of successful growth there.
