Marketing Manager
Northwest Wisconsin
Superior, WI

We are adding a Marketing Manager to the Integrated Marketing team. If you are highly motivated and enjoy a challenge, this is an exciting opportunity! In addition to working within the Integrated Marketing team, you will lead the team who oversees all corporate race sponsorships and influencer partnerships. You will also work with key business partners in Product Marketing and Sales to develop marketing strategy, plans and campaigns for an assigned segment of business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with sponsors and influencers to grow brand presence 
  • Manage team who oversees all corporate race sponsorships and influencer partnerships 
  • Lead and/or support planning and implementation of key marketing campaigns 
  • Plan and coordinate AMSOIL presence at events; assist in managing event budget 
  • Develop new product launch marketing plans 
  • Coordinate advertisement content and placement 
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to develop a social media plan and e-mail strategy 
  • Assess the effectiveness of sponsorships and campaigns to determine ROI on marketing investments

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing and business concepts through education, work experience or other training 
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and resources 
  • Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail 
  • Works well in a team environment with the ability to motivate others 
  • Self-motivated person with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and shifting priorities 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM 
  • Available and eligible to travel up to 20% of time by plane and/or car 
  • Previous management experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing 
  • Passion for and/or knowledge of cars, trucks and AMSOIL products
