Responsible for the overall management of service line marketing teams to ensure operational excellence through consistent and efficient tactical execution of marketing plans.Serves as a key member of the marketing team that helps develop annual and multi-year marketing goals to support and market the system and various programs within the system.

Manages a staff of marketing specialists/coordinators and accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, developing and retaining employees, coordinating and promoting systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Guide and direct the creation and execution of specific service line and regional clinic marketing tactics, including use of digital tactics.

Prioritize and track marketing projects to support strategic marketing plans and goals for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

Effectively utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to achieve marketing objectives.

Collaborates across the Marketing, Communication and Digital Engagement teams in the coordination of print and digital content development needs as well as social media tactics. Align and track success metrics to overall marketing team goals and objectives.

Develop/refine service line and clinic marketing activities

Manage marketing budget for the identified service lines.

Analyze, recommend and manage digital integration and Pay Per Click data

Demonstrated experience in managing teams with planning and tactical execution responsibilities.

Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to maximize marketing efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management or related area required, a master's in a related field (MBA, Communications, MFA) preferred.

Seven to ten years of experience in progressive marketing and communication roles, with specific experience in process development, metrics development/tracking and marketing planning.

Strong project management must be accompanied with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated success in identifying and building strategies to address business opportunities and challenges.
