Marketing Managers are responsible for:

  • Develops branded content for cross channel use to attract referral sources, individuals and family members of those seeking treatment by posting messages, articles and upcoming events. 
  • Monitors and measures the effectiveness of online campaigns, social media activities and website traffic using Google Analytics. 
  • Identifies and analyzes trends, makes recommendations to implement new strategies, and coordinates changes with vendors to improve overall performance outcomes. 
  • Conducts research to identify key words to include in online marketing campaigns and electronic communication materials; develops and executes news releases, e-newsletters, mobile marketing, pay-per-click, banner and other marketing campaigns to ensure high search rankings and engagement. 
  • Collaborates with Information Systems and consultants to create or revise website landing pages; makes recommendation on website design and content to optimize the user experience. 
  • Monitoring clients in medication self-administration
  • Assists Marketing Director with creation and maintenance of production schedule for marketing projects and campaigns. 
  • Assists with budget projections; monitors financial impact of marketing campaigns and initiates corrective actions to resolve variances. 
  • Assists with generation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual sales report and prepares presentations for the management team. 
  • Serves as a professional resource to the marketing team by assigning, reviewing and approving work to other team members.
  • Participates in special projects or assignments, as a team member or project lead. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, business, marketing or a related field 
  • Three years (3) sales experience, including some direct sales experience. 
  • Google Certification preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles and theory, marketing communication 
  • Working knowledge of social media networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and blogs to post messages, and publish articles and news releases to build a social media presence; understanding of SEO and familiarity with internet applications 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with various audiences, Powerpoint & Spreadsheet experience 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage projects, work independently and ensure timely completion of all tasks, and execute simultaneous marketing campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills, very detailed-oriented and able to prioritize

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
