Greco is an award-winning company seeking a Marketing Manager to manage the execution of our portfolio's various and unique marketing strategies. You will be part of a dynamic, nimble team of people passionate about upscale, urban living communities.

The Marketing Manager straddles the line between creating a higher-level strategy and working in the weeds to bring Greco's marketing to life. This person will use the marketing budget as a guide to research and develop new campaign strategies. The Marketing Manager will also perform competitive analyses, research renter trends, and measure the efficacy of marketing campaigns to readjust our strategy as necessary.Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. 
  • Creates, conveys brand messages and improves brand awareness. 
  • Provide reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, lead volume, and pricing. 
  • Coordinate and execute leasing and marketing training seminars 
  • Participate in off-site events within the industry to promote Greco's overall brand, form connections, and gain insights to our local market 
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments 
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration 
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics 
  • Use and analyze email marketing, ad performance and website metrics to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics. 
  • Oversee all efforts to convert leads and close leasing prospects. Ensure that the more technical aspects of the marketing strategy are optimized, such as the content for search engines or the website for optimal engagement. Handle all the direct attempts to target prospects, such as paid campaigns. 
  • Focuses on targeted acquisition. While others work from within the company, this position finds ways to go out there and proactively obtain leads. They find quick, efficient ways to capture leads and drive them through the funnel to generate customers. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements and/or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Facebook, and Instagram 
  • Photography/videography skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (preferred) 
  • 2 years of related experience (preferred) 
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
