The Marketing Manager will work with the Senior Brand Marketing Director to develop the marketing strategy and marketing/communication plans across the HOLLY HUNT portfolio of product and brands. This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to execute plans flawlessly, with a focus on ensuring every brand touch point inspires and engages our audience.


  • Work with Brand Marketing Director to develop marketing strategy and all-encompassing marketing/communications plan across portfolio 
  • Develop and evaluate creative concepts, copy, artwork, and production methods/materials to support aligned strategies and business/brand objectives 
  • Manage execution and implementation of marketing plan across all communication channels 
  • Organize and maintain day-to-day account needs and project management:
  • Communications – across print, digital, social channels 
  • PR – key visual and message development 
  • Media planning (print, digital, social) 
  • Content development/production (photoshoots, print/digital assets) 
  • Resource planning – scheduling and managing workload for marketing team and other internal and external partners 
  • Budget management 
  • Measure, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns; gain insights and assess against goals; make recommendations to adjust communications plans accordingly 
  • Attend cross-functional team meetings and provide timely follow up. 
  • Communicate directly and frequently, synchronize communications across departments and teams 
  • Organize, manage and lead internal and external presentations, with ability to influence and communicate effectively and concisely in written and verbal communications 
  • Build rapport and credibility with peers based on trust and expert counsel, effectively balancing the needs of different cross-functional teams


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • 5-7 years of marketing or creative agency experience (advertising or PR) 
  • Experience working for or with a luxury brand 
  • A sense of aesthetics and a passion for communications that speak to a luxury brand consumer 
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate 

Fluency with key marketing tools: 

  • Project Management/Collaboration 
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 
  • Digital marketing tools and analytics (marketing automation platforms, digital marketing, social media, SEO etc) 
  • Adobe Suite/InDesign/Photoshop
