The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in growing our high-performing Targeted Outreach program. Your role at its core is to keep our Engagement Engine humming and ensure it's full of new campaigns, optimized assets, and enhanced functionality.

Overall, you're fired up to help drive engagement and make a difference in our member's lives.

You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day creation, execution, analysis and optimization of targeted campaigns to drive consumer acquisition and engagement. You will also work to become a subject matter expert of our Targeted Outreach program and help to scale it across our full product suite & book of business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the center of a fast paced environment and enjoys a unique mix of strategic, creative, and analytical work. This is a remote position.

Campaign Strategy and Development

  • Develop unique member-facing campaigns for our Targeted Outreach program. These campaigns should focus on driving awareness, activation, and utilization of Included Health products and services. 
  • Draft creative briefs, kick-off/manage projects with our Creative Services team, compile stakeholder feedback, and carry projects through all the way to deployment. 
  • Engage with our audience across various touch points (including email, direct mail, SMS, digital, customer internal channels and more), optimizing on the right channel mix and frequency of efforts. 
  • Work with our data science team to develop new campaign segments/triggers based on unique healthcare moments.

Testing, Analysis and Reporting

  • Inform ongoing optimization efforts through detailed campaign analysis + testing. 
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to create reporting and dashboards in order to better understand program performance and create transparency across the organization. 
  • Help to produce, share and present strategy, results and insights to various stakeholders across the organization.

Support the Growth of our Targeted Outreach Program

  • Attend external client meetings as a subject matter expert to promote program utilization and answer detailed questions. 
  • Be comfortable with establishing rapport and building relationships with key stakeholders – both internally and externally-facing that lead to a greater sense of trust in the management of our Targeted Outreach program. 
  • Assist in the creation of case-studies, reference materials, and other impactful assets to equip the Customer Success team for promoting the Targeted Outreach program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. 
  • BA or BS required + in-depth knowledge of digital marketing. 
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing and retention/engagement strategies and tactics. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills. 
  • Strong analytical prowess with proven ability to derive insights that create actionable initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, who can work independently and proactively. 
  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Delight in being detail-focused. 
  • Solid understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies and the ability to design end to end experiments. 
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to work well cross-departmentally 
  • Passion for the Included Health product suite; belief that our services can transform how we access and utilize health care. 
  • Looker / Google Analytics experience a plus
